The Next-Gen Alpine Halo11 features Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and built-in Bluetooth hands-free which allow access to music, messages, phone calls, and maps on a smartphone via either a wired USB connection or wirelessly. The Alpine Halo11 plays Hi-Res music at it's intended spec of 96kHz/24Bit via a wired USB connection to a smartphone or wirelessly through Bluetooth connection. You can also purchase and download Hi-Res music files onto a USB drive from platforms like HD-Tracks and plugs directly into the Alpine Halo11 for Hi-Res playback.
The iLX-F511 Works with Apple CarPlay wirelessly and lets iPhone users make and receive calls, access text messages, play music, and get directions in a way that allows them to stay focused on the road. Apple CarPlay® is accessed through the capacitive touchscreen or the mic button to activate Siri voice control and is compatible with iPhone 5 and later.
The iLX-F511 includes Android Auto wirelessly and works with the Google Assistant (requires both a USB cable and Bluetooth connection; requires an Android phone running 5.0 [Lollipop] or higher and the Android Auto app). To access the Google Assistant on Android Auto, say “OK Google” or select the mic button. Google Assistant in Android Auto allows users to play their favorite music, get driving directions to their destination, interact with smart home devices, and reply to text messages – hands- free.
The Alpine Halo11 has on-board tuning features including a 13-band parametric EQ per channel, for continuous frequency control. The 6-channel time correction ensures that music is staged properly in the front and center of the vehicle. If more power is needed, additional amplifiers can be added using the three sets of true 4V preamp outputs with front, rear, and subwoofer control.
Experience music as the artist originally intended with the industry’s first full TIDAL integration. The iLX-F511 allows you to access select TIDAL features directly on the head unit and receive a high-res streaming experience with the TIDAL catalog of over 90 million songs. Lossless audio and high-fidelity music options are also available for TIDAL HiFi and HiFi Plus Members, for superior sound quality that elevates the music experience. A TIDAL subscription is required and sold separately. To access TIDAL on the Alpine Head Unit, the head unit must be tethered to a mobile or smartphone hotspot. Data rates may apply.
The screen is attached to an adjustable mount on a single-DIN chassis that’s designed to fit in most dash openings. Once the unit is installed, the screen has five vertical adjustments and two separate depths that lock into position for a sturdy installation. A new pressure tilt mechanism allows for more flexibility when positioning the screen for optimized viewing and access to dash and HVAC controls.
The Alpine Halo11 is compatible with the iDatalink Maestro Module (sold separately) to retain and display vehicle information on the extra large, 11-inch screen. Information such as steering wheel controls, tire pressure, and engine codes, and HVAC control may be accessible from the ILX-F511 (information will vary by vehicle).
The Alpine Halo11 includes two camera inputs to add a front, side, or rearview camera (sold separately). The rearview camera includes a distance guide display that overlays guidelines onto the screen for ease when moving in reverse.
Take driving safety even further by connecting your Alpine Halo11 with the DVR-C320R Premium 1080P Front and Rear Dash Camera with built-in drive assist (sold separately). View real-time and recorded drives in high definition on your Alpine Halo11, plus receive drive assist features that help get you to your destination.
The new RUX-H02 Alpine Halo Subwoofer Controller (sold separately) easily mounts to the Alpine Halo Display and allows quick-access controls to the subwoofer and main volume through a wireless Bluetooth® connection. The sleek, tapered lines and silver trim of the RUX-H02 compliments the Alpine Halo Display design.

Larger projects may require more extensive electrical engineering and process planning. This would increase our 'T&M' costs. We can either offer installation services to your door and/or help you find an experienced install team in your area.

We cannot offer the sale of 'pickup in store only' items over online sales channels due to our current retail sales agreement with that manufacturer. We are working hard with our manufacturers to allow us to sell these items to you soon.

I found an item cheaper and available from another store but would like to purchase from your store. Will you match the price?
We do our best to offer our customers the minimum allowed price set by any manufacturer. Some items like installation accessories have no minimum allowed price and are subject to fluctuations in final advertised pricing due to our market and territory.
In either case, if our price is a dealbreaker for you, then we kindly ask that you please contact us directly and provide us with the link to your second option for purchase. We will then do our best to accommodate your price change request. In this scenario, we would do our best with an understanding that free shipping for you and the cost of doing business is not free for us!

I did not receive the product that I ordered. How do I return it?
In this scenario, this would most likely be our fault. In this uniquely rare yet human scenario, the incorrect unopened product will need to be received back at our shop before we ship the correct product replacement that you ordered back to you. We will pay for and send you a return shipping label upon final approval from us.
In which case we would offer our deepest apologies for this inconvenience and provide an immediate turn around to you once the incorrect product is returned and checked for compliance with the following terms.

How do I achieve warranty service or a package carrier insurance claim for a product that I purchased from your store?
In the unfortunate scenario that you would require warranty service or repair of your equipment purchased from our store and due to repetitive shipping, all warranties should be filed on your behalf directly with the manufacturer. In very rare but immediate 'upon opening and firing up' cases, we may offer to replace the product for you. In all other instances we do not warranty online purchases we did not open and install.
Every order with free shipping will be insured and charged to you at the time of checkout including a 'Signature Upon Delivery' for orders over $200.
If you suspect your package is damaged or has been subject to foul play and tampering, you must notate with the shipper before signing and or accepting the shipment. After your signature is received by the package carrier, you will need photos and videos of the package undisturbed and then being opened to file a complaint afterwards if the package carrier will accept one.
It is our package until it is delivered to you with our without a signature upon delivery. After the package is delivered to you it is your package. Jackson Tint and Sound is not responsible for package tampering, damage, and or but also not limited to theft after delivery is complete.
Jackson Tint and Sound will not reimburse any package for damage after shipping is completed without proof of damage before your signature is received by the carrier. We will also offer NO compensation for any customer waiving a 'signature upon delivery' nor we will offer compensation until we have been approved for compensation by the carriers insurance policy. We hope to offer you better terms as we grow our business in the future!
