Refund policy
Our product application charts and search engines are comprised of real world shop experience and manufacturer catalog information that my be incorrect or incomplete. You are 100% responsible for checking to make sure that the product connectors and functionality fit your exact year make a model of vehicle. If you have questions before purchase about fitment for your vehicle or conflicting information, please visit our Contact Information page under the Info tab at the top of the screen.
All returns would need pr-approval and comply with this policy, our 'Shipping Policy', and our 'Terms of Service' which may include restocking fees.
Standard refunds are subject to distributor shipping fees, re-stocking fees, 5% payment processing fees, and possible labor charges for our time if you weren't a kind customer about it. We are not liable for any shipping delays whatsoever. If we are PRE-ORDERING Out-Of-Stock or Custom product you are subject to the same shipping delays as we are.
We have a 30-day return policy on Automotive Electronics only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order delivery to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a purchase Return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original unopened sealed packaging, with matching serial numbers, and never installed or scratched or marred in any way whatsoever. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and be subject to shipping and restocking fees as previously noted.
- If a Return is required due to our confirmed mistake, we will obviously make it right on our behalf.
- If a Return is required due to a manufacturer defect within the Manufacturer's defined warranty period (beginning the first day of delivery to you), we will either recommend to have you exchange your part directly with the manufacturer or, exchange it ourselves. This will depend on the most economical shipping and turnaround time for you based on the nature of the problem and required service.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@jacksontintandsound.com. Please note that returns will need to be addressed and sent to the following address: [4050 Pub Place Drive #3, Jackson, WY 83001] via UPS or FedEx. Post Office shipping must be sent to [P.O. Box 7246, Jackson, WY 83002]. We will not accept any returns without our approval first. If your return request is accepted, we may choose to send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving an RA# will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and clearance items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, nor do we accept returns for brand new opened packaging, or damage in transit after your Signature Upon Delivery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Negotiable upon acceptance of a Return request. Remaining customer funds that may exist as unused credit will be supplied to you as a gift card for a future purchase that you can use or gift to a friend, or credited back to your original form of purchase (may be subject to restocking fees and credit card processing fees as noted above).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days depending upon our inspection process and wait time. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we do.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your approved return at our delivery location and you have not received notice of completion, please contact us at info@jacksontintandsound.com immediately.
